In this stock you will find our daily updated products that we at GreenZone have bought for you. If you shop in this stock by 2:00 p.m., we will deliver the products to you the following day.

Straight from the grower: cut flowers

In this stock you will find a large selection of products that can be ordered directly from the grower.

Our partner Javadoplant in Honselersdijk ensures that you can buy various trendy plants at GreenZone.

Florist needs from Paardekooper

Through the company Paardekooper we offer you a variety of different products for your daily needs in your florist shop. In order to be able to deliver the Paardekooper products to you, we need an extra day.

Yes, of course you can combine all supplies with each other. Pay particular attention to the selected shipping date, this can change due to changing stocks. It always applies: The day you have chosen is the day on which your order will be shipped. A day later you will receive this in your shop.

You will find a slider at the top right. If you slide this to the left, you order the whole package (e.g. whole bucket or box). If you slide this to the right, you buy in the smallest purchase quantity (per stem or bunch).

No, you can order from us online for even the smallest orders.

Are you done with your purchase? Click on the shopping cart icon on the left. You will see your purchase made up to this point. Please check again whether you have chosen the correct shipping date and whether all the desired products are in the correct quantity in your shopping cart. Everything fits? At the top right you will see the "Confirm purchase" button. Please click this button to confirm your purchase. A few minutes later you will receive your order confirmation by email from us. Your order will remain in the shopping cart until the day of dispatch. If you order something, you only confirm the items that you have added. You will also receive a separate order confirmation via email.

Please contact us as soon as possible. If you have not received an order confirmation and there is no order in your shopping cart, unfortunately we have not received an order.

You can also send us a message via the online shop. In the shopping cart you will find the button "Write a comment". You can use this to send us a message quickly and easily.

The products are delivered via the logistics service provider GO! (General Overnight). GO! delivers free of charge throughout Germany for purchases over 175 euros. You will receive your delivery from us between 08:00 and 13:00 in Germany and until 18:00 in Austria. If something comes up, GO! or we inform you. If you cannot be on site, you can book an appointment delivery with us (one-off €22.50, permanent €17.50) or give us a written delivery permit.

There is no minimum order value, the shipping costs are staggered as follows:

As a direct customer, you pay either via SEPA direct debit mandate or online with PayPal or Klarna Sofortüberweisung.
If you are a Fleurop Partner, the purchase will be settled via Fleurop.
Or are you a customer of the Rhein-Maas auction, then you will be billed for it.

You can find all invoices in the online shop in your menu.

Unfortunately, it also happens that products do not meet your expectations. Please always report complaints to us within 48 hours with the appropriate pictures (detailed photo, quantity to be complained about, picture from above) always via your menu in your GreenZone account. Complaints are no longer accepted via WhatsApp. Please keep the products until the complaint has been fully resolved.

We also have to buy extra for special orders. Please always send us your special order in writing via WhatsApp or email, three to five working days before shipping.

For logistical reasons and to ensure a smooth internal process, it is not possible to cancel your order.
