Why do we process this personal data?

GreenZone processes personal data for the following purposes:

1. Management and services

We keep records of potential GreenZone customers and suppliers and their relevant contacts. We store various personal data of contacts in order to provide the best possible service. We store contact information in order to reach you and be available for you.

You can contact GreenZone using various methods: by phone, post, email and social media. We also process personal data for this purpose.

2. Marketing and recruitment

We process personal data for GreenZone campaigns, for example IP address, cookie ID, social ID and surfing behaviour. We do this in order to provide relevant advertising in the right places.

We are also able to use “selected target groups” via social media platforms for GreenZone (and in connection with vertical campaigns). We do this via Facebook and Instagram targeting. GreenZone will not store your data for any longer than is required to meet the purposes mentioned in this privacy policy. When you send us an email or submit an enquiry via the contact form, we will store your data for 6 months after our response date in order to answer any subsequent questions. We only store company information if a service has been provided. The following applies to personal data in connection with the company for whom you work or represent.

Basis for processing

As mentioned above, we process certain data in order to fulfil a legal obligation and other data to fulfil an agreement (order, provision of a service or product, event) and to exercise the legitimate interests of GreenZone: fulfilment of our activities.
